We want you to love your purchase from Your Element. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty and personal care items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened products
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards
Free promotional items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
